Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations Made 24+ Hours Before Class: If you cancel at least 24 hours before your

scheduled class date, you receive a full refund.

Cancellations Made Within 24 Hours of Class: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before

your class are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your registration to any other

available class (subject to availability). If there is a price difference, you need to pay the

additional amount or be refunded the difference. Alternatively, you may schedule a private

lesson to complete the same project as your original class.

Illness Policy: Your health and the health of others is important to us!

● If you’re feeling sick before the 24-hour cutoff, you can cancel for a full refund. Thank

you for being considerate!

● If you develop symptoms within the 24-hour window but before your class starts, please

email us and we'll schedule a make-up class for you.

● We must hear from you before your scheduled class start time to qualify for a make-up

Class.

No-Shows: If you do not attend class and have not contacted us before the class start time, we

cannot offer a refund or credit.

Running Late?: No refunds can be issued once class has started, but please come anyway!

We help you catch up. Late is better than never!

Weather Cancellations: If we need to cancel a class due to weather or other circumstances

beyond our control, we will reschedule the class or issue a full refund.

What to Wear: All materials are provided, but fluid art can get messy! Please dress accordingly

and wear clothes you don’t mind getting paint on.
